The Highway West Vancouver

Full gut with a conservatory added on to the structure.  The house was in much need of a renovation as parts were starting to rot and mold from the constant bombardment of rain over the years.  It was a jigsaw puzzle with endless surprises.

Braemar North Van,  Aug 2023

The homeowner called us in to do a few minor repairs. After a closer inspection we noticed how bad the rot was in other areas.  This is very common in the Metro Vancouver area, especially on the North Shore.   

If you see any rot or paint peeling please take care of the problem right away.  Leaving problems like these alone will only add to the cost to repair in the long run.

The Pirtate Ship - The Highway West Vancouver

Custom pirate ship made for playing and sleeping.  The kids will be busy for hours giving the parents a little extra time to break.

West Van Deck and Railing

The upper deck, stairs, and fence were beat-up from all the rain we get on the North Shore.  After years of missed maintenance the rot took its toll.   Full replacement with a nice touch adding in the glass panel railings.

New Life Christian Centre Lynn Valley

The New Life Christian Centre was a bit weathered.  NLCC contacted us to take care of the issues at hand as well do some upgrades.  

Prior to us, another company did some work with the siding and windows.  I guess NLCC wasn't overly satisfied so they reached out to A&R to finish off the siding, re-roof a couple sections, install 15 new windows, replace the parts that were rotten, build a new deck, install a retaining wall and fence, a fresh coat of paint on multiple areas, and most importantly revamp the front of the building with TNG siding and a brand new cross.  WOW!
